Anxiety
We provide treatment for anxiety disorders in children, teens, and adults, including generalized anxiety disorder, panic attacks and agoraphobia, social anxiety, fears and phobias, and separation anxiety.
OCD
We treat OCD in children, teens, and adults using specialized approaches such as Exposure & Response Prevention (ERP), Inference Based CBT (I-CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). We offer a no-cost virtual OCD support group, as well as intensive outpatient (IOP) services for those needing more frequent and structured care.
Insomnia
We provide specialized treatment for chronic insomnia, including difficulty falling asleep, staying asleep, and early morning awakenings. We offer CBT-I through individual therapy, group treatment, and self-paced educational resources.
Depression
Depression can leave you feeling stuck, exhausted, numb, or disconnected from the life you once enjoyed. We help teens, college students, and adults find relief and reconnect with what matters most.
Grief & Loss
Loss can change you. Whether you are grieving a pregnancy or infant loss, the death of a loved one, or another meaningful loss, we provide compassionate support through grief counseling as you process grief and learn to carry loss in new ways.
Women’s Issues
We support women navigating the unique emotional, relational, and hormonal challenges that can arise across the lifespan, including identity shifts, caregiving stress, burnout, body image concerns, and transitions such as perimenopause and menopause.
Reproductive Mental Health
We support individuals and families navigating the emotional challenges of infertility, surrogacy, pregnancy, and the postpartum period. Our clinicians specialize in treating perinatal anxiety, depression, OCD, pregnancy and birth trauma, and the many adjustments that can come with parenthood.
Trauma & PTSD
We treat trauma using evidence-based approaches such as Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), helping individuals process distressing experiences and move toward healing.
Life adjustments & Transitions
We support individuals navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, and everyday stressors, while also providing space for self-growth, self-exploration, and greater clarity about what matters most.
ADHD
We support individuals with ADHD in understanding both the challenges and strengths of their unique brain, while building skills for focus, organization, emotional regulation, and daily life.
Parent Coaching
We provide parent coaching to help caregivers respond more effectively to challenging child behaviors, emotional dysregulation, and anxiety. Our clinicians offer evidence-based approaches including Behavioral Parent Training and S.P.A.C.E (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions).
Toddlers & Children
We support children struggling with big emotions, anxiety, behavioral challenges, emotional dysregulation, social difficulties, and school-related stress, helping them build coping skills and confidence.
Teens & Young Adults
We support teens and young adults navigating the unique challenges of this stage of life, including academic stress, anxiety, relationship struggles, identity exploration, family conflict, and the transition toward greater independence.
Substance Use & Addiction
Whether you feel concerned about increasing reliance on substances or are struggling with patterns that feel difficult to change, we provide supportive outpatient care to help you better understand these behaviors and move toward recovery.
